Terms of service

Caldrus is a marketplace operated by Van Moose BV. Buyers and builders contract directly with each other for the work shipped through the platform. Caldrus is the intermediary that structures the request, hosts the demo selection, and processes payment.

Caldrus retains 10% of every completed transaction as a platform fee. The remainder is paid to the builder via Stripe Connect Express after handover confirmation (or 7-day auto-confirm).

Caldrus offers best-effort, manual dispute resolution for the first incident between a buyer and a builder. Refunds and chargebacks are governed by Stripe's terms.

No illegal work, no resale of stolen content, no harassment. Builders represent that they hold all rights to the code they hand off.
