Who we are
Caldrus is operated by Van Moose BV (KvK pending), Amsterdam, Netherlands. Contact: hello@caldrus.com.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, avatar (via Clerk).
- Request and demo data you post on the platform.
- Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Operational logs (no third-party trackers beyond Stripe and Vercel).
Where data lives
Caldrus data is hosted in the EU (Supabase Frankfurt + Vercel fra1). Clerk and Stripe operate global infrastructure under their own DPAs.
Your rights
Standard GDPR: access, rectification, deletion, portability. Email hello@caldrus.com to exercise them. Account deletion removes the Clerk identity and our Caldrus user row; transaction records are retained for accounting and tax purposes.
